Polices After Booking

Prior to Your Appointment:


I DO ACCEPT FOREIGN FILLS. I do charge a one-time $20 surcharge for foreign fills on top of the regular fill price. Please contact me prior to booking to approve the current sate of your lashes. Unapproved appointments may be subject to cancellation.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU COME TO YOUR APPOINTMENT WITH A CLEAN FACE AND REMOVE ALL MAKEUP (especially waterproof mascara). Removing mascara can be very time consuming and any residual makeup will prevent proper application of the extensions. Use a mild, oil-free cleanser. Do not use oil-based makeup removers.

COME ON TIME TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. I allow a 10 minute grace period. If you are running more than 10 minutes late you will be charged an additional $10 dollars on top of your service. Running more than 15 minutes late will result in your appointment having to be canceled or rescheduled. (Please be aware that I am located downtown so plan accordingly)

RUNNING BEHIND ON MY SCHEDULE.  If I am running late at providing you a service, you will receive $10 dollars off for every 10 minutes of waiting.

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE DONE 24 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. Any cancellations without a 24 hour notice will be charged a $40 dollar non-refundable deposit to book a service with me again.



Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy

If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 HOURS before your appointment.  All appointment cancellations must be made and confirmed via Direct Message or Text.

DEPOSIT: Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. They may only be applied as a credit towards a new appointment.



I strive to accommodate my clients to the best of my ability. All of my appointment confirmations are made via my website. Please honor your appointment. If you must cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment.



NO CALL/NO SHOWS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO BOOK ANOTHER APPOINTMENT WITH ME SO PLEASE MAKE SURE IF YOU HAVE TO CANCEL, LET ME KNOW.
